The Llongarriu restaurant occupies the main floor of the manor house. The main room opens onto the old exit, from where the gaze travels across the estate until it is lost in the Empordà horizon. The space is completed by several private dining rooms, among which the original kitchen and dining room of the house are preserved. The gastronomic proposal is based on seasonal Catalan cuisine, interpreted with contemporary sensitivity and deeply marked by the Occitan roots that have historically shaped this territory.

At the helm of the kitchen, chefs Ferran Bosch and Genís Torrentà interpret the recipes of our land with a contemporary perspective.
Their gastronomic proposal is born from the closest product: vegetables from our garden, eggs from the henhouse or game from the same farm. Each dish is the result of a dialogue between avant-garde technique and the culinary memory of the territory.
Away from the kitchen, head waiter and sommelier Ester Sánchez accompanies guests through a careful selection of wines and spaces full of history, divided between the arcaded gallery with views of the horizon, the old stately dining room and the original kitchen of the house, where it all began.

One of the most special spaces of Llongarriu is its outdoor area, where the bar, terrace and infinity pool open up to the landscape of the Vall del Bac. Conceived as a space for meeting, rest and contemplation, it allows you to enjoy the surroundings at any time of the day, always with the mountains of Alta Garrotxa as a backdrop.

During the day, the terrace and outdoor bar become the ideal place to relax between baths, reading and leisurely conversations. Light snacks, aperitifs and a selection of classic and signature cocktails accompany the quieter hours of the day.
