- Philosophy of the estate
estate Llongarriu is an establishment focused on relaxation, nature, quality and a caring experience. Guests are asked to behave respectfully towards the environment, the property and other guests.
- Reservations
Reservations may require:
- warranty card,
- pay and signal,
- partial or total prepayment,
- damage deposit,
- prior data validation.
Specific conditions will appear at the time of booking.
- Payments
estate Llongarriu reserves the right to request advance payments depending on the season, type of stay, event or promotional conditions.
- Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation conditions will depend on the contracted rate.
In case of no-show, early departure or serious breach, the charges provided for in the reservation may apply.
- Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Arrivals outside of opening hours: subject to availability and prior confirmation
- Check-out: until 12:00 noon
Late departures may incur additional charges.
- Minors
Minors are admitted under the permanent supervision of their guardians.
Swimming pools, water areas, gardens, stairs or other spaces will require special family supervision.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed, except in legally required cases.
- Silence and coexistence
Please especially respect rest hours.
Behavior that disrupts the tranquility of the property will not be permitted, including:
- high music,
- screams,
- unauthorized parties,
- uncivil attitudes,
- aggressive behaviors.
- Facilities
Customers undertake to make diligent use of the rooms, common areas, furniture, spa, swimming pool and other spaces.
- Damage and extraordinary cleaning
Damage caused by negligence, misuse, inappropriate behavior or exceptional cleaning may be passed on to the responsible customer.
- Personal items
estate Llongarriu recommends keeping valuables safe. It will not be responsible for losses not deposited according to the legally authorized systems.
- External visits
Access by non-accommodated persons will require prior authorization.
- Specific prohibitions
It is prohibited:
- smoking indoors,
- illegal drug use,
- handle safety equipment,
- lighting an unauthorized fire,
- use of drones without permission,
- commercial recordings without authorization.
- Spa, massages and external professionals
Some wellness or massage services may be provided by external freelance professionals.
Each professional will be directly responsible for their services, insurance, permits and professional performance.
- Bicycles, routes and activities
The use of bicycles, guided tours or activities is carried out under the responsibility of the participant, except in cases legally attributable to the service provider.
It is recommended to always follow safety instructions.
- Weddings and events
Celebrations may require a specific contract with:
- pay and signal,
- payment schedule,
- bail,
- maximum capacity,
- schedules,
- liability for damages,
- cancellation conditions.
- Right of admission
Access may be limited or the stay interrupted in legally provided cases or when the client's conduct compromises the coexistence, security, integrity of the property or rest of the other guests.
- Acceptance
Making a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions and the specific ones applicable in each case.
