At Finca Llongarriu, cooking is a way of explaining the landscape.

We are in a manor house included in the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Catalonia, surrounded by more than 400 hectares of forests and mountains.

Here, every meal is a break to savor the territory without rushing, in an adults-only hotel designed for rest and good food.

A cuisine that comes from the earth

Our gastronomic proposal is based on local and seasonal products: meats and sausages from La Garrotxa, vegetables from our gardens, mushrooms from the forests that surround us and artisan cheeses from the region.

They are recipes rooted in Catalan tradition, delicately reinterpreted to make each ingredient shine.

Eating in a farmhouse with history

Breakfast with views of the Bac and Carrera valleys, dinner in the dim light of the stone walls. The setting is part of the experience.

The carefully restored spaces of the house and the estate's art collection accompany each dish with calm and character.

What a delight! The food was exceptional, far exceeding our expectations for a hotel restaurant. Everything we tried was exquisitely prepared, full of flavor and made with top quality ingredients. Dinner was one of the highlights of our stay and, honestly, the restaurant alone is worth visiting.

A real restaurant luxury. The dishes we took were to cry. We didn't want to swallow the food, how good it was. A balance of flavors worthy of the best restaurant. It cannot be lost.

Amazing site! Both the food and the history behind it. They haven't opened yet, but a path full of success awaits them. Spectacular Aldea Spritz! The restaurant service is also a 10, we were attended to by a very friendly and attentive girl. Can't wait to come back ♥️

We ate the short tasting menu this August, after having visited restaurants with a Michelin star in the area, there are no doubts that Llongarriu is a clear candidate to win a star!! Many thanks to the whole team for the experience!!
